I Taiyaki Japanese cakes are the classic fish-shaped and filled with azuki jam. Essential is the

Slowly add the flour and do not form lumps, also put a little salt. Mix all with water at room temperature. The dough must not be liquid and sticky, pay attention to the amount of water.
Pour a bit 'of dough in your Formina previously brushed with oil, add the jam in the middle, pour over other mixture. If you use the normal round molds, filling them 3 / 4. If you can use to Formina fish, bake at 120 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and the other for another 5 minutes. I really like this sweet crispy then maybe "exaggerating" a bit 'with the cooking times. Itadakimasu!
