Are Blacktruffles Ok To Eat During Pregnancy

Prefecture Otaru

There are so many beautiful places to visit, and most of these places are not well known and do not see why not.
Every time I receive letters from my Japanese friends do a search to see where they live and how their city, to feel closer to them.
This is the time of the city of Otaru, home to my very nice friend Yayoi.
Otaru is a town in Hokkaido, north-west of Sapporo.
The city faces the Ishikari Bay, and has long served as the main port of the bay.
With its many historical buildings, Otaru is a popular tourist destination.
In 2008 the city had an estimated population of 138,000 and a density of 580 persons per km ²
. The total area is 243.13 km ².

The city was home Ainu, and the name "Otaru is recognized as a source of Ainu,
possibly means" river that flows through the beach sand. "
The small remaining part of the cave contains engravings of the period Temiya Zoku Jomon-Ainu history,
around 400 AD. Otaru has been recognized as a village by the bakufu in 1865 and in 1880
the first railway line was opened in Hokkaido with daily service between Otaru and Sapporo.
Otaru was redesignated as a city on August 1, 1922.

A canal runs through Otaru, which is adorned with Victorian-style street lamps.
During the day, is a hive of activity, and buskers play on the streets that run along, even if
is at its best during the night. Otaru is one of Japan's most picturesque cities, rich in natural beauty.
Beautiful beaches are nearby, some of these, as
Ranshima and Sunset Beach Zenibako (by way of Sapporo), the 'sea water is very clear.
Otaru attracts a large number of Japanese tourists, and Russian visitors.
A popular attraction on the west side of town is Nishino Goten (Herring palace).
This large wooden building, built in 1897, was once the home of a magnate of the herring fisheries
Hunkumatsu called Tanaka.
E 'was originally built in the nearby village of Tomari trasferitoda was there in 1958.
Visitors can clearly see the difference between the squalid conditions of the first floor bedroom
of 120 workers and luxury of the rooms on the ground floor of the magnate.
Otaru is well known for its beer, beer and Otaru, near the canal,
is a popular medieval theme restaurant. Otaru is also known for the freshness of sushi.
The city also has shopping arcades and bazaars substantial, but not near Sapporo.

Wall Mount Ironing Board Singapore

Nengajo

How nice I got a Nengajo
sent him to me and my sister Yuka

for those who do not know it's all about Nengajo

The Japanese have a tradition of their own for shipping
of the first day of the new postcards (年 贺 状 nengajō).
This tradition is similar to the habit of Western dispatched cards Christmas.
Their purpose is to greet and to wish their friends and relatives far from home,
a way to maintain close ties with his family.

stationers sell many varieties of cards and many of them have the sign taken from the New Year Chinese Zodiac,
conventional printed greetings or both.
The postcards in addition to already be pre-printed with dedications and drawings may also have spaces
to write a personal message to the sender. Also on sale are totally white postcards,
imprinted with the stamp of the year only to celebrate, so that people can write or draw their
thoughts. The pre-printed postcards with messages
conventional and designed with the animal
year are sold to department stores and at many other department stores. Even
stamps for postcards are sold with no precompiled depicted the animal of the year.
The tradition is not lost even with the popularity of e-mail, because this is a practice very
heard and considered very important.

If I ask something wrong with my sister on the blog "Sarah the discovery of Japan"
and she told me that is a Nengajo

The Cosmo Clock 21, opened in 1999 with its 112.5 meters was the world's tallest Ferris wheel for about 24 hours. The next day it was opened in Odaiba ferris wheel that despite a lower capacity (384 and 480 persons from the Cosmo Clock 21) has un'atezza of 115 meters. However, even the wheel of Odaiba shortly after it was no longer the highest in the world in recent years as manufacturers in various countries are racing to build more high Ferris wheels.
